DV Mark is the guitar amp division of Mark Bass, the well regarded Italian brand specialising in lightweight amps. This is a 2010s example, made in Italy, and built with DV's signature neodymium speakers and lightweight cab. The clean channel is big, thick and shimmery, akin to a Fender Deluxe Reverb. The drive channel is a little smoother and more saturated than a Vox, but it's crunchy mid-gain style tone that's really satisfying to play. These were quite pricey in their day, selling for around $2300aud, so this is a bit of a bargain and a great alternative to a Fender or Vox for the discerning player. Oh yeah, it's 17kg... light as air for a 2x12" all tube job. Meravigliosi Italiani!
