Now, I'll be honest: I bought this because it has a dumb name. But, despite my unsensibilities, it turns out this is a dope pedal. First, it's got heaps of gain range and dials down to a light growl if you like that bluesy honky tone. The 'vintage' control in the middle lets you roll from a thick, sputtery, saturated vintage Fuzz Face style tone on the far right to a more nuanced, refined distortion style thing on the left. I'm a big fan. So hey, next time I see a pedal with a dumb name, maybe I'll do it again. Jazz Fuzz for life.
