At Topshelf Instruments, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Instrument

  Carefully repackage the item in its original shipping container with all included accessories, manuals, and protective padding to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered or removed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 3-5 business days.
