Squier Contemporary Jaguar HH ST Sky Burst Metallic 2020

Squier Contemporary Jaguar, blue burst metallic, made in China 2020. This little upstart is pretty similar to a Fender Japan model from the mid 00s called a Jaguar Special, which was a super cool HH Jag with a stoptail that came in a few metallic finishes. It's a good formula: well balanced offset body shape, slim agreeable neck, sensible sturdy hardware, two humbuckers... yum, The short scale lends this a certain slinkyness in the hands that translates to a feeling of ease and plenty of natural bass and attack. The pickups also have split and series/parallel switching via the sliders on the top horn, so there's all sorts of fun tones you can mess about with. The black headstock and blue shimmering finish look great too.
